Artistic Excellence

We are all thrilled to inform you that we have been awarded Artsmark Silver.

Artsmark is the national arts award for schools that demonstrate a commitment to developing their arts provision - from drama to music, design to literature, dance to sculpture. The scheme also encourages schools to work in partnership with artists and arts organisations in order to raise aspirations and improving opportunities for young people.

Everyone at Park School should feel very proud of the part they play in promoting the arts and providing opportunities for children to really excel in music, dance, art and performance. This is a real feather in our caps! There is a huge amount of arts activity going on at our school, both within the curriculum and though our out of hours clubs provision. For example, pupils can join dance, craft and design clubs as well as performing arts to name but a few.

We are particularly proud of the quality of work produced by the children and samples of this will go on show shortly at the Lincolnshire School’s exhibition at the Lincolnshire Showground
